We ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed by mid day will ship the same day.

Yes, we do custom hats through KRB at retail pricing.

Our location is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Outside those hours or on weekends, we are available by appointment.

6.-How do I find the right hat size?
All our wholesale hats have an elastic band, giving flexibility across two sizes. Small: 54-56 cm, Medium: 56-58 cm, Large: 58-60 cm, XL: 60-62 cm.
7.-Do you charge a restock fee on returns?
The restock fee is determined based on the return reason. After discussion, a standard 10% restock fee will apply.

You’ll need a business or resale permit. On our website, there’s a link where you can fill out the form with the required info, and we’ll guide you through setting up your wholesale account.
